Eligibility:
The Humanetix Referral Program is available to industry partners and customers. Referrers must be at least 18 years of age.
Referral Process:
Referrers can submit details, such as individuals or businesses needing aged care or healthcare technology solutions, via the provided referral link.
Referrers must be associated with an aged care or healthcare provider, our existing customers and business partners.
A Referral is considered an individual or business actively seeking aged or healthcare technology solutions.
A Customer is identified when a referral signs a Humanetix commercial contract to utilise our solutions.
A deal or contract is a legally binding agreement signed by two or more parties that outlines the terms and conditions under which they agree to acquire Humanetix’s health tech solutions or services.
Rewards:
Humanetix will send $100 to the referrer’s affiliated organisation once the details have been verified.
If their referral becomes a customer and signs a commercial contract with Humanetix, the referrer will receive an additional $2,000. Funds will be sent to their organisation or company's bank account, or to be used in conjunction with an approved company initiative.
Verification and Transfer of Funds:
Humanetix will validate all referrals to confirm eligibility. Rewards will be issued within 30 days of verification for successful referrals and converted customers.
Program Duration:
The Referral Programme is ongoing and can be terminated or modified by Humanetix at any time. Visit the website to confirm whether the programme is still running at www.humanetix.com.au/referral-programme or contact our team.
Limitation:
There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual or organisation can submit. Still, rewards are subject to the discretion of Humanetix and may be capped at the company's discretion.
General Conditions:
Humanetix reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these terms and conditions or engaging in fraudulent activities. Participants are responsible for any tax implications arising from rewards received through this program. Should there be any disagreements or disputes, Humanetix's decision is final and binding.
