The Australian Multicultural Community Services (AMCS) has been a beacon of support for older Victorians in their pursuit of living safely at home. With over 40 years of experience, AMCS is no stranger to the dynamic field of aged and community care, where adapting to constant changes is an enduring challenge for care providers. 

Humanetix and AMCS partnered in 2022 to develop, customise and design a comprehensive, bespoke care planning and workflow platform that complemented their existing scheduling, invoicing and accounting systems. 

Humanetix ACE co-designed and custom-built a leading care platform for AMCS’ local requirements, supporting the move for more comprehensive and data-driven care planning, and empowering them to more efficiently deliver in line with today’s compliance requirements and tomorrow’s reforms. Leveraging the platform’s robust workflow engine, combined with AMCS’s operational excellence, Humanetix was able to help implement a hyper-personalised platform for their 250+ employees and 180+ volunteers.
