Updated Residents' Overview - With an enhanced residents' overview, clinicians can experience a more streamlined view making it audit-ready! With newly added columns Complex Care and Incidents, it is simpler to review information, ensuring clinicians are audit-ready with comprehensive views of residents' risks, complex care needs, and incidents.
Progress Records Filters - You can now filter all progress records by customising the date, with quick filter options available for daily, weekly, and monthly views. This allows for quicker audits of records and easy reference, making handovers smoother and more efficient. You can also filter by your own records for personalised auditing.
Audit Tab and Reports - We’ve introduced new tabs to make finding reports easier. From this tab, you can easily access relevant reports such as Case Conference Records/Evaluations, Braden Risk Scale Assessment records, Urinary Continence, Clinical Assessments/Care Plan, and more. This feature simplifies the audit of clinical assessments, helping to identify residents’ risks better.
New Forms Available - We've added new forms, including the Confusion Assessment Method (CAM) and the Caregiver Strain Index. These new forms are designed to prepare facilities for upcoming government changes and strengthened Aged Care Standards, such as integrated assessment tools.
